We are delighted to announce a new special stage event to the south west calendar.
With help and cooperation from Castle Combe Circuits Ltd we have been able to promote a two-day stage rally.
We have brought together an experienced team to run this 10-stage event, offering you 44 miles of good tarmac. The event will be part of the ASWMC, ACSMC and CMSG Stage Rally Championships.
September 28th saw the inaugural running of Bath Motor Club’s Castle Combe Circuit Stage Rally
The 2 day event featured 10 stages totalling 45 miles using the circuit and perimeter roads. A full entry of 70 cars entered the event with 56 finishing.
Having led from the first stage, reigning Circuit Rally Champions, Michael Igoe and Will Atkins won the event by 46.7 seconds in their Citroen C3 Rally 2.
The best Bath MC member award went to Nigel Gibbard/ Bedwyr Harriesin the Darrian T9 GTR who finished 2nd overall.
Third overall were Darrell Taylor / Jack Morris in their Ford Fiesta Rally2
