Bath Motor Club Sustainability Leader, Andy Cross, reports on the club’s Environmental Sustainability Activity.
For the 2025 season Bath Motor Club has offset 50 tonnes CO2e.
The club’s partner Co-Forest have opened a new site named Beech
“We are delighted to have recently acquired an 80-acre site on the River Avon, two miles east of Bath, offering a rare opportunity to expand ancient woodland and create much-needed wet woodland habitat. This work will be delivered alongside Protect Earth, who are undertaking complementary restoration as part of a wider, coordinated project.”

“Thank you for helping to maintain our leading position, to reduce and mitigate our environmental impacts and set a fine example for motorsport in general. Environmental action, particularly net carbon reduction, is vital for the continuation and sustainability of motorsport at all levels. I will let everyone know as soon as volunteering opportunities are available, later this year.”
